In brief
- Work starts after you accept a written quote and pay a 40% deposit.
- Reschedule or cancel free of charge until 7 days before the session (article 6).
- Mixing and mastering include up to 2 revision rounds as on mixing and mastering.
- Dutch law applies; consumers keep any mandatory right to sue in their home country.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions (« Terms ») apply to services provided by Nazeriniedgevi B.V. (« Nazeriniedgevi », « we ») from the studio at Van Ostadestraat 184, 1072 AK Amsterdam: vocal recording, band recording, mixing, mastering and podcast recording, as described on the site and in a quote.
The Terms apply together with our privacy policy and, where relevant, a data processing agreement. If a signed quote conflicts with these Terms, the quote prevails. Only written deviations bind us.
2. Definitions

3. Quotes and booking
Request a quote via contact, 020 737 0284 or [email protected]. We aim to respond within 1 business day. Quotes are normally valid for thirty days. A slot is firm once you accept in writing and we receive the deposit under article 5; until then the time may be offered to someone else.
For distance contracts we confirm essential details by email. We may decline requests that are unsafe, impossible to schedule or unlawful.
4. Prices and VAT
Guide prices on services include 21% VAT, for example vocal recording from €95 per hour or €340 for four hours; band recording €125 per hour or €895 day rate; mixing €285 per song; mastering €98 per song; podcast recording €210 per episode. Your quote sets the final amount.
Extra hours, stems or formats outside the quote are invoiced only with your written OK, at the relevant service rate. Business clients may request net amounts (example vocal: €78.51 per hour).
5. Deposit and payment
When booking you pay 40% of the quoted amount as a deposit; it is offset against the balance. Pay by bank transfer; card payment in the studio is available for the remainder.
Consumers pay the balance on the session day or when final files are delivered for remote work. Business clients pay within 14 days of the invoice date unless the quote says otherwise. Late payment may incur statutory commercial interest and reasonable collection costs.
Until full payment we may withhold final mix or master files; session archives follow article 10.
6. Reschedule and cancellation

Send requests in writing to [email protected]. Arriving late shortens the session if the next slot is taken. These rules do not limit statutory withdrawal rights (article 8).
7. Withdrawal (consumers, distance contracts)
If you are a consumer and conclude a distance contract, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons, unless a statutory exception applies (for example a service fully performed at your express request within that period).
If you ask us to start before the withdrawal period ends, you must say so explicitly. If you withdraw after work has begun, you pay a fair amount for what was already delivered.
Withdraw in writing via [email protected] or post to Van Ostadestraat 184, 1072 AK Amsterdam. Refunds within 14 days using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
8. Cancellation by Nazeriniedgevi
If essential gear fails, the engineer is unavailable or we cannot run the session safely, we notify you as soon as possible and offer another date. If that does not work, we refund amounts paid for work not performed within 14 days. We do not swap engineers without your agreement.
9. Studio sessions
Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00, closed Sunday.; sessions by appointment. Up to 6 musicians may track together in the live room. Participants under 16 need written consent from a parent or guardian who books and pays; until 18 we expect a responsible adult on site.
Treat gear and rooms carefully and follow crew instructions. No smoking or vaping indoors. We may stop a session if people or equipment are at risk; the booked slot remains due. Damage from intent or gross negligence is charged to the client.

10. Files, delivery and archive
Unless the quote says otherwise, we deliver common formats (such as WAV) via download link or media you supply. Mix and master delivery is explained in mix delivery formats and mastering rights and delivery.
We keep session and project files for 6 months after the last relevant session or delivery, then remove them from active storage. Maintain your own backups. Longer storage can be agreed in writing for a fee.
11. Revisions
For mixing and mastering, 2 revision rounds are included as on the service pages: one round means one bundled list of notes processed in one pass. Further rounds or a new artistic direction after approving an intermediate version are quoted separately.
12. Intellectual property
Your material. Lyrics, compositions and recordings you provide remain yours or belong to their rights holders. You warrant that you have the rights to use all works, samples and covers and handle collective management where required.
Our role. We supply technical and creative production services; we do not claim copyright in your music. Producer rights in phonograms you commission may be assigned to you after full payment as stated in the quote.
References. We do not use your name, titles or audio as portfolio material without your written consent.
AI. We do not use your recordings to train generative AI models and do not create voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned.
13. Liability
We perform work with the care expected of a professional studio. Artistic outcome also depends on your preparation and choices; we do not guarantee chart success or specific commercial results.
Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by an attributable failure, except where mandatory law provides otherwise (including bodily injury or intent). For business clients, total liability per job is capped at the invoice amount for that job, except for intent or wilful recklessness; consequential loss such as lost revenue is excluded where permitted.

14. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints in writing to [email protected] with a short description and quote reference. We respond within a reasonable time, usually within 1 business days when feasible.
Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform (ODR) or contact the Dutch consumer authority (ACM) for general information. Parties should try to resolve disputes amicably first.
15. Law and jurisdiction
Dutch law governs these Terms. Consumers may also bring proceedings in their place of residence where mandatory rules allow. Disputes between businesses are submitted to the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates another court.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on https://nazeriniedgevi.digital dated 15 October 2026 applies to new quotes. Ongoing jobs remain under the version in force at acceptance. If translations differ, the Dutch text prevails. Questions: contact or FAQ.
