This disclaimer explains how to read the website https://nazeriniedgevi.digital operated by Nazeriniedgevi B.V. (« Nazeriniedgevi »). It is not a contract on its own; studio work is governed by the terms and conditions and your accepted quote. For personal data, see the privacy policy.
2. Information only
Articles about recording, mixing, mastering and podcasts are practical notes for artists and producers in Amsterdam. They are not legal, tax, medical or investment advice. For label deals, broadcast clearance or copyright disputes, consult a qualified adviser. Our guides and FAQ support planning; they do not replace professional advice.
3. Rates and availability
Prices on services and service pages (for example €95 per vocal hour or €895 band day rate) are guide prices incl. 21% VAT. Engineer and room availability varies; only a written quote with a confirmed date binds us. Obvious pricing errors online may be corrected before a contract is formed.
4. Images and demos
Photos may be documentary scenes or visuals created with generative tools; people shown are team members or models and do not imply a particular commercial outcome. Any audio on the site illustrates workflow, not a promise about your project.
5. External links
We link to map services (OpenStreetMap), our host TransIP and the FormSubmit contact relay (formsubmit.co). Third parties apply their own terms and privacy policies; we do not continuously review their content. You use external sites at your own risk.
6. Site availability
We aim for reliable hosting, but maintenance, outages at TransIP B.V. or force majeure can interrupt access. We are not liable for damage from website downtime except where mandatory law says otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability
Where permitted by law, Nazeriniedgevi B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or data loss arising from use of this site. This limit does not apply to intent or wilful recklessness. Consumer rights remain unaffected.
