In brief
- We mainly process what you send us: contact details, project info and billing data for studio work.
- No ad cookies, no sale of data; session audio is kept up to 6 months after the job unless agreed otherwise.
- We do not use your recordings to train AI or create voice clones without separate written consent.

1. Who is responsible
Nazeriniedgevi B.V. («we»), a private limited company (B.V.), registered office at Van Ostadestraat 184, 1072 AK Amsterdam, trade register 97727664, VAT NL887390869B01, is the controller for personal data processed through nazeriniedgevi.digital and at our De Pijp studio.
Representative: Daan Vermeer. Privacy contact: [email protected] or 020 737 0284. We have not appointed a data protection officer; it is not required for our scale.
This policy follows the GDPR and Dutch implementation law. Effective: 15 October 2026; last updated: 15 October 2026. The Dutch version on nazeriniedgevi.digital is legally authoritative; this English text is for convenience.
2. Scope
This policy covers visitors to nazeriniedgevi.digital, people who use contact, and clients booking vocal recording, band recording, mixing, mastering or podcast recording.
If you bring guests or artists as a business client, you are usually the controller for their data; we act as processor under our data processing agreement.

3. Data we collect
Contact form: name, email, optional phone, chosen service, optional preferred date and your project message. Required fields are needed to handle your request.
Quotes and delivery: billing details, artist or band name, scheduling, email or phone threads, payment references. Deposits follow 40 percent; cancellation terms are in terms and conditions (7 days before the session where applicable).
Recordings: voice and performance are personal data when you are identifiable. We use them only to perform the contract. Video or photos you shoot during a session remain your responsibility.
Technical: host TransIP B.V. processes server logs (IP, time, page, browser) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally; see cookie policy and key nzrn_consent_v1.
We do not ask for special-category data. You do not need to share medical information to reschedule.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not send marketing newsletters without separate consent.
5. Voice, image, minors and AI
We do not publish excerpts of your recordings, session photos or your name on nazeriniedgevi.digital or social channels without prior written consent.
We do not use client recordings to train, test or improve artificial intelligence, and we do not create voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned.
Sessions for people under 16 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. Our form is intended for adults; we do not offer online services aimed at children.
6. Recipients
Only team members who run your project have access inside Nazeriniedgevi. External recipients, for the purposes above only:
- TransIP B.V. — hosting for nazeriniedgevi.digital and email, EU/EEA servers;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, United States) — forwards the contact form to our inbox;
- accountant, bound by professional secrecy, for billing data;
- bank, for transfers;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
Every party processing on our behalf has a GDPR Article 28 contract. B2B work with guests is covered in the data processing agreement.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Hosting and session storage are aimed at the EU/EEA. FormSubmit processes form content in the United States. That transfer is necessary to handle your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). To avoid it, email [email protected] or call 020 737 0284; we handle your request the same way.
Where available we rely on approved standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards with the provider.
8. Security
We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS on nazeriniedgevi.digital, team-only access with individual accounts, strong passwords, encrypted disks where the environment allows, locked studio outside sessions, and deletion of archive files after 6 months.
If a breach poses a risk to your rights, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) within 72 hours when required and inform you when the risk is high.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to [email protected] or by post to Van Ostadestraat 184, 1072 AK Amsterdam. We respond within one month; complex cases may be extended by two months with explanation. We may ask you to confirm identity. Exercising rights is free unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. Please contact us first via contact.
10. Cookies
nazeriniedgevi.digital does not use analytics, advertising or social trackers. Only your banner choice is stored (nzrn_consent_v1, 182 days). Change preferences via or our cookie policy.
11. Third-party links
We link to OpenStreetMap for directions (From De Pijp metro (North/South line) it is about a seven-minute walk via Ferdinand Bolstraat. Tram 12 stops at Ceintuurbaan, five minutes on foot to Van Ostadestraat. On-street parking is limited; use P+R at Zuid or Arena if you drive.). External sites have their own policies; we are not responsible for their processing.
12. Changes
We update this policy when services or law change. The current version is on this page dated 15 October 2026. Material changes may be emailed to active clients where appropriate.
